PHASE VI: CONSTRUCTION

Post and follow a precise construction schedule

Collect, review and process all payment requests

Schedule/manage construction meetings (daily or as
needed) with sub-contractors, etc.

Hold regular meetings with owner to review building
progress
PHASE VII: PROJECT CLOSE

Confirm punch list with owner and architect

Create process and time schedule to complete all tasks –
report when completed

Deliver all product/materials warrantee information for
owner file

Hand over all keys – set Champagne in refrigerator to
chill
